Refund policy

Returns:

 

If you are unhappy with your order or the size does not fit, you can return your order within 14 DAYS of receiving it. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and hence may vary based on the country of origin.

 

The items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use or damage, and in their original packaging. The+Supply reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.

 

To initiate a return, please send us an email at finn@theplussupply.com with the following details: ORDER NUMBER, NAME + ITEMS BEING RETURNED.

 

Once a return has been physically received, the customer will be fully refunded.
