Can you shower or swim with our rings?

Our Silver plated rings can get wet, but we do not recommend bathing them daily as contact with soap and water itself can accelerate the natural deterioration process. This is what causes a ring to oxidise and tarnish. We do not recommend bathing in the sea with our rings as salt deteriorates any type of jewellery.

What size are your rings?

Our rings have an open-back, meaning they can be bent to fit almost any size and finger. In the rare case one of our rings do not fit your fingers, you can return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange for a smaller ring.

How should I care for the ring?

It is best to keep your ring dry. If it does get wet, it's good practise to dry it, as the natural reaction of the ph of your skin and the water on the ring can cause tarnishing. If you need to give your ring a clean due to minor tarnishing, use a soft cloth to lightly rub the surface. This will bring back the shine and remove the areas of oxidation.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you are unhappy with your order or the size does not fit, you can return your order within 14 DAYS of receiving it. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and hence may vary based on the country of origin.

Can I send one of your rings as a gift to someone?

Yes. We can include a custom celebration note in your order. Our orders are packed and presented with care, so they make the perfect gift.

Just send fill out our contact form with the custom note you would like after placing your order. Make sure to include your order number.
